I started my career with techmahindra. If i talk about growth in The company it is excellent. You can quick growth in the organisation basis on your performance. Internal job postings are excellent. There is 2way cab facility. I love work environment.

Growth is high but compensation is quite low.

That we were taken care of when it was lockdown. The decision makers of Tech Mahindra seems to be in good spirits and has great plans for all it's employees. However, those plans or benefits are getting lost in the middle somewhere and are not being able to reach the employees working at the bottom.

... 3. Growth in a job can take years and you might still not get that position 4. No proper pay for increased work 5. Groupism 6. Scapegoating 7. Favouritism 8. Improper use of power even by the HR in senior positions of AMs

Doesn't value to tenure employee. Company is ready to hire people on higher package but can't offer the same to those who are tenure and working on same position. Appraisals are equal to April Fool only. Sorry to say this but fact

Only there timely salary

Working for a client is very poor, especially in BPO Bcoz such companies do not have there own stand regarding work role, leaves, work balance. When you are outsourced then are more treated like their slave.

Good for freehers for gaining some experience but should avoid working for more than a year or two at the max. Job security is good.

Dislikes

Very poor with salary compensation. No learning opportunities or skill development as per market requirements. Internal politics at the management level. Management has favouritism and is biased. Cab service is the worst.
