That we were taken care of when it was lockdown. The decision makers of Tech Mahindra seems to be in good spirits and has great plans for all it's employees. However, those plans or benefits are getting lost in the middle somewhere and are not being able to reach the employees working at the bottom.

1. Senior Managers or Managers are biased 2. Increment is quite slow 3. Growth in a job can take years and you might still not get that position 4. No proper pay for increased work 5. Groupism 6. Scapegoating 7. Favouritism 8. Improper use of power even by the HR in senior positions of AMs
