Not at all satisfied with the salary, PLI, they cut your salary for every small reason and in order to get the incentive there are number of metrics and if you don’t match even one of them then you are not eligible and the hard work of the whole month is just a waste of time. I would never suggest anyone to join Tech Mahindra

Cab facility at minimum cost. Nothing else to be liked here

...hey do it, it will be 1-3% max. Bad management and mangers. No benefits & perks. Expectations of late work and weekend work without any extra pay

... to understand the requirements from customer and unnecessary recruiting people. If your traveling for office work expenses whatever you spend no guaranty company will pay such a full policy.

In terms of yearly hike they provide Medical facilities but basic salary remains Bench facility is awesome There you can find better project opportunities lower to your profile Guidance about the project from Junior

They commit for location change request but couldn't pay on time. So relocation charges , employees need to pay after commitment. Finance team ask for all documents convey you the path after approval from all depts they don't talk to employee for reimbursement. They commit alot but couldn't pay.

You will be fine as long as you're tagged to some project.

No salary hikes, no individual recognition, no clear project guidelines, poor management (the worst). If you encounter any problems during your work, no one will help you; you're on your own
