There is no job security if the process goes ramp down then you’ll not be getting any alternative in the same location rather they’ll suggest to relocate to other locations to noida kol Chennai which is really disappointed.

Under Paid Salary packages Working hours are more 2-3% increment in salary every year Not getting full salary as discussed by HR as they put some of the money on performance incentive which is as per rating and it is already decided my management to give rating 3 to everyone even after performance is good.

Everything no professionalism no appraisal no salary satisfaction no job security as they pick you without on paper and now you cannot go back to the previous role and giving 200 percent still its not enough

There are ample opportunities of growth and the work culture is also satisfactory

As such there is nothing i can put under dislike section however pay scale can be improved as per rival organisations in the market

they didn't paid me the salary for the work. Let me to do work forcefully in my break periods and unusually marked absent and deducting when i told to pay there HR started insulting even i was present for 6 months continuous. so i have taken action on labor court.
