It’s super comfortable working in eClerx. Work environment here is so chill. If you are a fresher then this company will be amazing to start off your career with. You get to learn a lot. Your promotion totally depends on how you perform.

Salary is okayish!! They really need to increase the base salary for people you are working here for a very long time. They do give promotion but after a lot of hassle.

...s. They were dominant nature insulting in front of freshers. Too hectic to work. Here there pay less & do not care about employees. Managers are very pathetic. Managers don't understand your points and only dominate the employees. There was no logout timing. Only work whether it is 24 hours.

Dislikes

The work environment was not good. Not giving training especially where you were on the team. Managers are least bothered about the training session. Only once time they gave you training if you do not understand the small part. They will not tell you again. They only asked why don't you attention to training.

...ia and spend time reading but they keep music on which is distracting sometimes. Salary is always on time. DLF building also has Table tennis and volleyball.

I was part of a process in which during winter season the workload got significantly reduced due to which we had lot of free time. So during that free time I wanted to read newspapers and articles on laptop to keep myself updated and stay engaged in something which unfortunately was not allowed due to IT security policy. That's the only reason I had to leave apart from that everything was fine for me personally. I have 1 star to work life balance because I worked in Night shifts which effects you work life balance. You feel sleepy on weekend day but you are awake in Night like a OWL. You cannot go visit a market or chill outside because it's dark. You cannot go to Park or Mountains at odd hours. Well this is just a personal opinion for some people Night shift works. night shift becomes a problem on weekends when you awake in Night and you cannot go out.

People leaving eclerx after 1-3 years because of low payment. Salary is nothing compared to the market. . Because of that people with least skills are getting jobs here.. and people without long-term personal goals can't do any better with company goals either. They are becoming bad managers and they wouldn't know how to utilise team skills. . There are many learning platforms but we don't have time out of work or in general life to learn them. Sometimes we have to work 16 Hrs a day because of poor management. . Appraisals are nothing but a joke. Just joke! What percentage would matter if you are already getting paid in pennies? I can't say any more. . Overall, don't waste your life and time here. If you really NEED IT, do not stay more than 1.5 to 2 years. After that RUN.

...ose who work are not appreciated and no growth opportunities are their for them. Rest, they fire people for cost cutting.

No promotions, no appraisals, no leaves, no work life balance, working on weekoffs as well, terminations and many more.
