Leave policy is quite flexible..you can take leaves even if your leaves have expired in leau of taking a pay cut.. Managers better than in companies..

Dislikes

Work pressure is quite high sometimes..depends on the client.team has to face the clients in weekly call where they might shout at you..Quality of work is not good..atleast in the project I worked..

Learning opportunities, wide array of technologies, dozens of customers, decent bench management -- get placed within few days in most cases, buses to different locations, decent campus.

Dislikes

Variable pay cut for P1 band and above, sometimes made known. Sometimes, just deducted without prior information. Personal financials take a tool and mess up.
