...sher good for exposure. That also depends on which project are you assigned too. In COVID-19, the company is providing WFH and also the salary comes one or two days before. Overall the company is good.

Politics/ Favoritism :- I will talk about my project only. So, there is favoritism amongst the team. Senior management is continuously focused on delivery and hardly think of upskilling associates. Other than BAU, leads don't assign tasks to other new members of the team which will not refine knowledge of the associates. Also, you don't get recognition if you work smart, but bootlickers will get ahead of you. Appraisals :- Another thing is appraisal, they give terrible hikes for instance during pandemic other companies have given at least 1 hike till march 2021. But here the appraisal policies are really worst of all. I have seen people asking about 2019 appraisals which the company didn't deliver. Job Security :- It's stable if you are in good looks of your manager. But one positive thing is that during COVID they didn't remove people who were working in IT projects. Work Life Balance :- It doesn't matter these days as it's WFH.

Worked for Non-IT BPM domestic voice process of Narayana Health, due to worst management and horrible people taken exit from the company. People harrassing like anything, no one following POSH Only For IT folks company is very good

The company consistently made timely salary payments, showing reliability and professionalism. Throughout the training period, the trainers were extremely supportive, and during the production phase, subject matter experts offered invaluable guidance. Furthermore, the provision of a fixed rotational week off helped create a well-balanced work environment.

Dislikes

The company enforces strict working hours of eight hours per day, along with a one-hour break. While the company culture is generally positive and encourages employees to work hard, the level of pressure is significant and can be quite challenging. Unfortunately, I did not receive any promotion during my time in this role, nor did any of my colleagues. This job demands a lot from its employees while offering little in return, resulting in a lack of job satisfaction.

...ork pressure, mandatory OTs TL's doesn't support for anything..poor pay cycle.. variable pay which you get on performance basis and which is included in the salary package. No proper/dedicated/ less system to login. Immediate supervisor always asks to go to superior boss for any help

Only some supportive colleagues & seniors, Salary is very less but given on time that's it.

Dislikes

This exp. is as a CSA don't know about other departments. Mismanagement, no extra leaves whether sick or anything else otherwise salary cut even after informing beforehand, no properly working systems, no appraisals & obviously office politics. Very less chance & opportunities of promotion amid lot of t/c. HR & Managers not very supportive only buttering to keep u working & pressuring for targets with such low salary, almost no work life balance.
