I'm just wondering if I choose Money over health and night shift or just take the new job and get out of the organisation for after one year. I have approximately 2 years experience in tech mahindra as a IT support engineer . everything is good supportive staff ,good work culture and relocation facility is also good .you can get salary time to time there is no one Day delay there.

You cannot see growth in this company.

Dislikes

This company will except people work for them all day night but when it comes to salary hike, they delays and don’t even pay the arrears. Also, the hike amounts are very less that you won’t even see much change in your salary.

Learning is better than previous companies

Dislikes

...not even try to hire employees even if they said they need three more employees. Something is always deducted from salary every month and then, we have to wait for 1-2 months till manager send an email to HR and it gets approved. Something of the promoted TL don’t even deserved to be at that position.
