Manager is reachable, as I have not worked directly under Tech Elecon Pvt. Ltd. In my case i was in client location and M/s Tech was a resource ptovider for MNC Co., so not very much aware of Working environment of the particular mgmt. Team.However, HR was so cooperative and supported as per their limit.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

In my case , i observed that mgmt. Team was less bother about their resources deployed in the client location. No Appraisal, no increment process were initiated or discussed with the resources.

Very bad experience in the situation of COVID-19, and all politicians work here they only involved in showing there power they can’t bring any project rather they have any knowledge. No one should join this company then the life will be in hell

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
