New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Response over call mail is good

...d submissions on time but now its Feb 11th still i have not received my F&F. 6. The Salary never gets Credited on time. 7. The Salary never gets credited completely after showing them the mistake s they will take atleast 3 months or more to credit the correction amount.

nothing is good about here

Dislikes

They don't pay there employees on-time. In my case we were supposed to get our payments by 10th of every month but they didn't pay and they never reply to any sort of emails or calls. Such a bad company everybody should try to avoid.

Hiring management is a bit supportive but they too don't care once onboarded. Concerned HR will be of no help.

...ustified. Work environment is very disposable, because there is no job security. Client can decide to lay you off anytime and TeamLease will not keep you on bench or pay you anything unless you are deployed.
