Nothing, Such a shameful organization to work with, They have still not given my salary for the last month for the reason that they give is no complete handover of the work was given. I have given the handover given to me when I joined the role. Also, they blamed me saying I have not taken the proper handover :)

...it. As far as me as a fresher, my experience is that I am enjoying my time here. They give you a good work-life balance, Leaves, Compensation, Skill development, good team support.

Clients can be a bit tough to handle. you might think other departments are a bit rude but that's no new. It happens in every company. Everyone's Different in speaking, answering. In critical situations you might have to work for longer time. But as long as you are enjoying you should have no problem.

May not lose job easily. Company will put you somewhere where there is requirement.

Salary hike and Career growth are some of the things impossible to get in first 3 years. After that, people will get used to it. Reason for salary not getting credited in the middle of the month even though you were promised salary in first 3 days of the month, answer for your role different in your company documentation than you are appointed, or answer for any of your important questions are other things you won't get.

1. 90 Days Notice period. 2. Managers are not cooperative if you wants to leave company before Notice Period even you have completed Your KT. 3. 90% decision about resources, they takes based on client concern.
