Very good innovation culture. Largely informal and open culture. Good opportunity to learn for freshers and people in early part of their careers. Highly process driven.

Dislikes

Compensation growth is slow. Also no coherent vision for the future in India as a company. Each business units have their own plans and that creates uncertainty in the mind of employees

Hybrid working, global exposure & collaboration, canteen facility with complimentary meals, On-time salary, various ERGs focusing on diversity & inclusion.

Dislikes

Insufficient trainings & support, limited growth opportunities, excessive unproductive meetings, underpaid & overworked, bullying seniors & favouritism within team, demanding work environment resulting in poor work-life balance, extending works (10-12 Hrs) on most days for meeting unrealistic deadlines, lack of recognition, promotion based on connections not on merits, biased performance reviews, too much focus on cost-cutting & constantly outsourcing repetitive works to contract companies, Job risk due to frequent org restructuring & high attritions.

Likes

The area of work for the Product development engineer is quite large and it gives ample opportunities to work in the different streams of PDLC. Lateral movement to management or engineering ladder is easier

Dislikes

Average pay is below market standards. Having the ownership of the whole product makes stretched hours a routine. Free thinking/ innovation is snubbed at many levels. Promotion and appraisal is not structured well. Promotions are delayed and appraisals are below market standards

...good company to work for, very strong in their market of connectors and Sensors. Good culture and reasonable salary benefits we can expect.

Other than connectors and sensors, they will have to bring diversification in their market products.

...ractual employees they don't give importance. they can discontinue you any time. Salary for contractual employee is below average. No yearly bonus to contractual employee as they giving to company roll employees.
