Other than sales , all other departments have a good culture and people stay quite long in this company. Automotive division is good to work in. There is chance of shifting abroad permanently.

Be very cautious about the salary offered, variable component for sales division is very high , which you have no chance of getting.The sales is a really tough job here , as the back-end support team is very poor(i.e: engineering & manufacturing teams are really slow, both teams have different reporting structures , thus very less accountability) , whilst competition is very nimble.

...ractual employees they don't give importance. they can discontinue you any time. Salary for contractual employee is below average. No yearly bonus to contractual employee as they giving to company roll employees.
