IJP concept, 18months tenured promotion policies are not here. These are totally depends on management. Zero HR interference, everything is in management's hand. Low appraisal rate.
...CTC was 4.5 LPA. I have A band for consecutive 5 years and my current CTC was 9.43 LPA current in hand salary was 58k per months and quarterly 10K performance allowances which was included in CTC. Company is great, but make sure you join this company on right time with right CTC. It's company for getting retirement.
