... help me to find solutions to my work problems. Easy to get leaves for holidays. If you do not have a current project then the organization will pay you full salary for 3 months, after that if you do not have a project then you will get only basic salary but your job will not go.

I have been working as a designer in a department for the last 3 years and 5 months, there is no other designer except me and my manager. Even after we worked on 5 to 6 projects and that's successfully done, still I did not get any increment. They do not pay the employees for the work they have done. There is a sluggish increment which causes the employees to be depressed and leave the company in frustration.

Because once entered into TCS the salary growth would become like a snail. #Trust this anonymous guy, only pay would be an issue. But TCS is ultimately the best company for anybody to die in. #Caution: Once you come out of TCS you cannot re-enter/re-apply into TCS.
