They are more data centric and avoid looking after their employees. They offer growth but it's not explained how it works. I got promoted to a Unit Manager but they have not given it on paper not they have increased my salary . So doing a job with higher responsibility but being paid as a agent.

I do not like anything about TCS it's been 2 months my salary is on hold because of an HR mistake. And TCs still say that there are many approval required

No matter whether it's IT Or BPO, give equal quantity of work for both in their field and pay them to their satisfaction Please stop underemployment In my bpo field , a MSC graduate is working under accounting field😑 This is not good. Pay is a major drawback in TCS Please give good pay and satisfying work. I have seen many lazy cats roaming in TCS due to less work.

...anegement is transparent.There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

...nviroment and culture. Team matra are supportive and management is translate by. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. I love this company if I get selected in this company then I will never go any where. To join TCS is my dream don't know when will I get selected I am waiting for there call. If I get selected then I am the most happiest person in the world. Love you TCS.
