Very poor company culture, no work satisfaction. Micro management on every step of the way. Managers misuse appraisal & band rights to micromanage employee

Working in TCS has a lot of benefits like work life balance, job security, opportunity for Learning and growth, company culture is also very good and feels the work we are doing is having impact.overall, it is very good company to work and learn.

Dislikes

The only problem is with the salary and appraisal which is not good. The appraisal totally depends on manager and hr and salary hike is also very low otherwise it is a very good company to work and learn.

Likes

TCS have great job security and learning. If your are experienced join tcs else get experience and join in case of good salary hike.

Dislikes

Salary hike its depend not on work based only on exam based. Where people won't get time to prepare or take those exam. And those exam its not fully legitimate. In office mid of city have drawback like zero transportation, poor canteen and vechicle parking issues. In case of my project its good to learn and grow but have bad work life balance because of poor metric in time calculation for tasks.

...ob security and work culture is kind of average to good. Atleast for my project. I think tcs is good if you join at good salary at higher management positions. One of the best thing is that if your project has onsite opportunities and you are really working good then they will definitely consider you for onsite.

Salary and also hikes. You can’t survive just on job security you need good salary inhand.
