I was very lucky to work under such a big top MNCs. During my 3 1/2 year exp in tcs, mainly we have job security so that for ladies especially during maternity it helps us a lot. No much work pressure in my project. Transportation was really very good.

...saw is only known n close to the team, Will get opportunity to go next level. Even in salary, politics always there. Growth is very slow.

VARIABLE pay is SCAM, company pays only 25 to 40 percent of that amount. Extended working hours with not benifits. Incompetent management. Poor annual increment.
