Lack of opportunities for learning no career growth and no compensation growth. Just work on some standard process. Poor management no transparency. More of a higher management's company then of a employees company.

The fact that company gives a starting job to many is a good aspect, plus theres internal exam to crack the digital cadre. Job security & varieties of project is good

Dislikes

Compensation is really less, even when you crack the internal digital exam the compensation structure & clauses they provide are really bad, tech stack & quality of project highly dependent on luck, i was really good at ilp & my tech but got series of bad projects. Hike is really bad.

Its a big company, so you make the use of opportunities that are available. A lot of ppl complain but won't get out of their bubble to make use of the trainings, learning resources available. Of course they are not the best, but are still worth to some scale.

Dislikes

...old are binding (there aren't any, its always the manager and HR hiding info). Increments are low, they should get rid of the repetitive NPAs and pay the performing assets better.

...of fools and incompetent people who are Masters of politics . No career growth . compensation is minimum even less than the salary of a government peon .rare and less income increment ,your salary may be almost same even after 5 years of service . Don't destroy your career by joining this company . Join this company only if you don't have any other offer or choice

Very poor company culture, no work satisfaction. Micro management on every step of the way. Managers misuse appraisal & band rights to micromanage employee
