Very stingy management Employees get only salary but no goodies, team lunches or sponsored celebrations. Laptops given are poor in condition to many and warranty of the laptops are not tracked properly. Employees are forced to pay for any damage even for a 2 year old laptop

Salary increment and appraisals After 7-8 yrs of experience still not having good increment, new joiners getting better start package than experienced employees. Not having value for experienced employees within TCS

Work culture is good, your managers will give you free hand to work. Second good thing is job security. Flexible working hours

Promotions are on hold at all levels for 2 years now. Even the top performers with A band not getting promoted and salary hike is 2-4%. All this in the name of difficult market conditions, meanwhile CEO getting near to 30% hike, hypocrisy much? Is TCS management turning away from famed TATA ethics?
