...salary in hand lots of deduction Do not join this company..no salary no hike ..very high variable pay and payout 20 percent max for seniors ..no onsite in aem now in tcs 20 percent lucky people get that with buttering....you can not choose project on bench they will decide

...ce towards upkilling, blind-eye towards employee ambition and career objectives. The biggest minus point is the salary which goes complete unrevised since a long time. Promotion and appraisal are very marginal.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
