Worst experience ever. If you can job with very low salary then it is okay for you. You can expect only 2% Salary Hike every year.

Salary compensation is too bad. No hike. No promotion. No new opportunities. Management's behaviour is worst. HR don't help you. HRs only listen to the manager. There is no scope to grow your career. Learning opportunities is not there. A BIG WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD

TCS is good for only incapable or people who don't want to work and simply pay their time. It's too bad for people who work hard and wants to grow in career. It's a junk company for growth mindset people, it's a paradise for time pass people who don't want to work at all.

Brand, Good health benefits, good leave policies, lot of opportunities internally (but all depends on your current manager/project attitude).

Compensation is somewhat less. They don't sync even after spending 10+ years with the organization. Not easy to switch roles or domain or unit as easily.
