No upliftment, no salary hike worst management and HR support to the employees. Employer Centric company does not think about the employees. No project learning if you want to pass your time with fixed salary then it is the best place to destroy your career.

Salary growth is very low as compared other bpo company for freshers and experience employees politics they think that we are the only boss

Collegues, and company cultyre of TCS should be the benchmark in IT sector. And there is always to learn something, from collegues, management, or by ourselves. Job security is excellent.

Salary and benefits doesn't do any good, as per industry standards. Appraisals and peomotions also at mercy of managers only.

...dedicated team within the projects ( even projects as large as with 300 people). Quarterly bonus is almost certain to be zero at 12+ yr experience levels. Old school mentality still exists in TCS, where wearing Jeans is a crime on weekdays. Male employees still do not get official paternity leave ( when needed they apply other available leaves)

Dislikes

...rs are like arrogant bosses, they cannot toleryone word against their decisions. Quarterly bonus is virtually non existent at 13+ yr experience levels
