Hey all Coming to the issue I worked in one of the MNC for 11-13 days during my initial career and left the company due to some health issues and they asked me to pay around 40k which I didn't pay at that time and PF account didn't create and a sum of 8 k credited for the working days. As I have joined another organisation and worked for several years and last year I want to move to the previous organisation which I left but all happened smoothly untill HR round and HR didn't ask me about my previous employment with that organization and I haven't informed as I have already mentioned in application form But HR called and said due to company policies they are not proceeding further and asked me to be clear in the HR round itself and can apply after 6 months. So I'm planning to apply in the next few months so will there be any negative impact or not

Complacent and lazy project management Personnel. Favoritism and Individual progress has more priority over team goals and sense of duty. Salary hikes are not based on merit or performance of the employee but on the Savings item in the KPI of the manager. If you want your eligible vacation. TCS: “Who will handle your responsibilities? We cant leave the project functioning without you.” When you ask for hike. TCS: “You havent done anything significant this year? Why should we even… “

You will get a good work life balance and your after retirement benifits would be the best. I think even the medical insurance that tcs provides is best in the market. The senior management is also good.

I don't like the salary part and very less benifits and perks are provided. Even the increaments is very less. I felt like I am not getting paid as much as what my value of work is.

Best company to be at when you get 40+. I regret to join in my late 20s. Too much of learning scope. Easy to get abroad projects. Supportive team and very importantly, Best HRs. They call you by their own just by one Ping. No leaves issues. You can pickup the skills you want to learn and grow.

- variable pay is scam for c3a plus people - toxic environment depends on team member and client (no team work) - zero job security , they will hire you any time and fire you with no reason it's like my bat and my ball if you gave me out then I will take my bat and ball with me no body can play - no salary growth

Salary hike percentage is very low, especially if you are enter as a fresher I would not recommend here becouse for getting a project is task then the project should have decent technology even you put all your efforts sometime luck will pay's major role here
