Salary hikes are pathetic. Depending on the project, they might make you work on weekends with no overtime pay or compensate leaves. No work life balance and no good development projects.

Best company for safety. We currently have wings program to improve your salary. Make use of that as it is best in the industry.

You will get the job security and good medical benefits. Your chances are good for having good work life balance only if you have good project and management. Learning opportunities are also there for you internally.

Very poor salary structure mostly if you stay with the company for longer time. Low increments and poor promotion cycle specially if you are a higher band. Poor top level management. Poor work culture full of politics.

Well the fact that every month the salary gets credited and maybe job security that's it

No employee perks or benefits. Powai branch has bad food services in there cafeteria and after multiple complaints no stringent actions are taken for improvement. No Diwali gifts not even sweets. There are many things to dislike thats the reason I am planning to leave now. What will I do of job security if I am not happy with my work.
