Work culture, work environment. Team mates are very supportive and management is transparent. There are many cafeteria and huge gaming arcade for chilling.

Salary is decent, but the hike u'll get only 5-6 percent per year.

1. compensation 2. promotions 3. basic component in salary , I think it's the low in the IT and any other company, someone can put a metrics comparing similar companies can help larger community. 4. list goes on

Job security and company culture is very nice

Dislikes

They are taking new hired with good salary but not willing to give that salary to the person who is loyal and working from 10 years. Policy need to be change for the employees who give there 10 years to the company.

Collegues, and company cultyre of TCS should be the benchmark in IT sector. And there is always to learn something, from collegues, management, or by ourselves. Job security is excellent.

Salary and benefits doesn't do any good, as per industry standards. Appraisals and peomotions also at mercy of managers only.

It has low work load due to enough support staff and job is secure as TCS will never ask to leave unless there is a major policy violation.

...ment is near impossible. Promotion will be heard rarely. Lots of hidden charges. And the most important, you will never get salary given in offer letter, it will be short by around atleast 2 LPA or more than that only.
