This is the best job for the freshers i can say. Work environment is awsome. People are helpful. Night shifts are there but safety is there for the females specially. Pick up- Drop facilities are provided so its good. N the best part is its my dream job. N i am very greatful that i got a brand to work with.

I do not like the thing is salary increament. Its very slow cycle of promotion.

Everything is pathetic Very less salary increment in promotion, salary hidden deduction with no proper clarity, HR not supportive and no value of experience employees

The working culture of the company is really good. Earlier it was more of a employee centric company but gradually it's becoming business centric.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are horrible and they keep close the promotion cycle. So even a person is eligible for the promotion will get stuck because of no promotion cycle.

people is higher management only seek their profit,doesnt think about their hardworking employee.

TCS is a really good company where work life balance is maintained and jib security is really good but promotion and compensation is really bad at TCS BPS. They are hiring associate into BPS with very compromising compensation and there's no growth in TCS BPS

TCS BPS tagging both promotion and relocating are difficult under this tagging
