Likes

I like the work culture, polite and friendly management. Very good work life balance working at TCS with good job security. Many learning platforms are also provided where you can upgrade your learning skills. Good support will be provided in medical and mental issues. Every software employee should work in TCS at sometime but ignoring the pay.

Dislikes

...ry poor. No value and recognition even after serving the company for many years. Doesn't normalize the salary based on market standards even after requesting higher management. Many other organizations are paying 3 times more salary compared to TCS for employees having 5+ years of experience. Also notice period is 90 days which is a big concern.

I'm not against bulk hiring but as a consequence salary is already lower than market and since hikes are low as well so basically if you stay for couple years then you'll notice your friends with a package far greater than yourself. 4. Most work is support on old tech 5. No flexibility for WFH even if your team isn't there.

I have below 2 offers. which one to join. Need some guidance. 1. Luxoft - 32 fixed lpa. WFH. 1 lac joining bonus. 2. TCS - 31 fixed . over all ctc - 36. no WFH. 2 lac joining bonus (temporarily hybrid 3 days in client location which is near to my place till the time assigned to same project)
