Freshers can learn and gain skills sets and can switch to another company. Tcs is not like company it is more of like school. After college you can start your professional journey from here. But it has its own drawback which I'll discuss in dislike section. Some of Its policy is good but also these have its own drawback XD. such as health insurance benifits, No layoff policy.

Dislikes

... of the people working here because of job security and life insurance benifits. Salary of a freshers is not practical according to current days scenario. Freshers have less scope to grow up and less promotion opportunities. No matters how much work are you delivering higher management will only force you to come back office. Some people do nothing literally just only sucking the company. Management is puppet. If anyone (freshers) wants to do nothing after 10 years and he or she belongs to a rich family where your salary is just your pocket money. then yes u can choose tcs blindly.

Zero dislike except salary of its resources who join it in the beginning and give 5 years of their life

...t go for it. You will never neglect to be a tcser. Job security is at top level. Yes salary is less comparing to another organization's but once you are in tcs you will get thousands good offers til that you can enjoy your life with tcs.

All people's are good there. Just only thing I disliked is you will not get the location you want at first priority and also the project. They will allocate you according to there needs.

Perfect work life balance , high job security. Best place to work in to shape your career. Great learning experience and hands on latest technologies.

Dislikes

The whole hatred starts with Package, while you are working at one of the biggest IT companies of the world, people from non engineering backgrounds tend to think you carn more than that. While you are paid as low as possible as per industry standard.

...up here and literally they consider associates as lifeless emotionless entities.People unnecessarily bragg about Tata brand here,though they themselves find it difficult to survive with the meagre salary provided.Please don't join the organization just because your parents think that it's a big brand.They don't know the reality and also they don't have to work there.I won't recommended even my foe to join this one.
