...ee, senior management takes advantage of this and just work for status meetings. There is no reward for talented folks, not getting enough salary and there is no meaning of appraisal process.

1. compensation 2. promotions 3. basic component in salary , I think it's the low in the IT and any other company, someone can put a metrics comparing similar companies can help larger community. 4. list goes on

Nothing to like , only one paryis decent that is salary which is decent due to my efforts that i cleared higher package interview at time of joining, after joining don't expect much salary increase

Collegues, and company cultyre of TCS should be the benchmark in IT sector. And there is always to learn something, from collegues, management, or by ourselves. Job security is excellent.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits doesn't do any good, as per industry standards. Appraisals and peomotions also at mercy of managers only.
