TCS management is forcing to work from office,9 hrs irrespective of shift time! No ODC,Seat in many location. Variable cut is the new threat from BU. This in not the TCS known for work life balance! Please share 🙏

Lowest salary in industry. Forcing employees to work from office for all 5 days,9 hrs daily. Bad unfriendly HR policy. No promotion and bad appraisal ratings. No work life balance. Lots of politics.
