Firstly tcs is good workplace but the compensation is slightly low compared to product based companies.. and work and career growth depends on your project and the work assigned to you... challenging work is there everywhere . No lack of opportunities but luck should favour and time too..

Job security and company culture is very nice

They are taking new hired with good salary but not willing to give that salary to the person who is loyal and working from 10 years. Policy need to be change for the employees who give there 10 years to the company.

there ae no layoffs in TCS and will hopefully never happen. There is never too much work hence there is a god work-life balance.

Dislikes

salary s too low and even the annual hikes are at a very low growth rate. getting promoted for people is very random instead of being time-based or merit based.

TCS offers excellent training and development programs to help employees grow professionally. Also TCS is a well-established company with a reputation for long-term stability.

Dislikes

Compensation is slower to rise compared to some other competitors in the industry.

Job Security cos most of them are lazy bags who doesnt skill up and also cheap labour for the clients .

Dislikes

Everything .No Career Growth , Horrible work culture. Underpaid salary .Sometimes we think even a tea shop would be better than working at TCS as a fresher
