Very less salaries in this company as compare to market,and they are not given any bonus for the covid 19 situation rather than increment of salary,we are doing our work from home too.but company not provided increment .There is not decreased the work even covid 19 situations

Job security ok but income increment very very bad

1. compensation 2. promotions 3. basic component in salary , I think it's the low in the IT and any other company, someone can put a metrics comparing similar companies can help larger community. 4. list goes on

Job security and company culture is very nice

Dislikes

They are taking new hired with good salary but not willing to give that salary to the person who is loyal and working from 10 years. Policy need to be change for the employees who give there 10 years to the company.

Collegues, and company cultyre of TCS should be the benchmark in IT sector. And there is always to learn something, from collegues, management, or by ourselves. Job security is excellent.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits doesn't do any good, as per industry standards. Appraisals and peomotions also at mercy of managers only.

It has low work load due to enough support staff and job is secure as TCS will never ask to leave unless there is a major policy violation.

Dislikes

...ment is near impossible. Promotion will be heard rarely. Lots of hidden charges. And the most important, you will never get salary given in offer letter, it will be short by around atleast 2 LPA or more than that only.
