- Plenty of resources to learn from. Talent development team is actively encouraging employees to learn new tech which is very good. - People are amazing and kind. I liked everyone there. - You will get amazing role only if you are lucky. Mostly you'll get something that you don't like (for freshers ) and you can't change the role. Read cons to know why. - Great place to start career and settle at later stage of your life. Not an ideal place for in-between.

So the environment is uninspiring. - insignificant salary hike ( It doesn't beat inflation) - Takes longer time to get promoted (usually multiples of 4 years ). They'll waste your time for everything, even after leaving the company.
