Appraisal cycle is so bad, you don’t even feel like your salary is increased, no work life personal life balance, they just torture their employees mentally, and all the HR’s are so bad, they never help you, you just get disappointed when you go to HR.

I liked the facalities provided at campus like cafeteria, coffee machine, courses provided to learn.

...erable at the time I decided to quit my job. Because I couldn't take it anymore. If it was a good job where I could learn something new and my package would increase then I would have never left it. But this is a job for lazy workers. Because they know that no one can throw them out. I am not gonna write I am gonna kill myself if I didn't found a job in future. Also the bps industry which has been developed is nothing more than a data entry what they call so proudly that BFSI domain people dont even consider it as a skill. The people who work here are pure robot. Why dont you create robots to do the work you wont get any escalations. Also coworkers gets emotionally attached which is not a right thing. This is a workplace not a school. Because of which many were jealous of me and spoke bad things about me on my face.

Job security is topmost, ethically driven company, work culture is good with good work life balance.

If you are fresher, don't come in tcs, major benefits start from band 3, minimum things are given to band 0,1,2 people. Join tcs when you have a package of atleast 10L then only you'll get have full job experience and join on band 4 or above.

Tata always care for there employees, and as we know covid-19 spread across the world at the time of this situation TCS have a call we employee and asked them about their health and family safety also ....Thank you TCS

I want ad one thik ...TCS give a chance to freshers and they join at the at of 21-22 and TCS give them salary amount 12k + but Tcs don't have any groth chance if you want to growth you need to complete at least 4 years after 4 years salary will be 16k+ But my point is if I earn 16k or 20k at the of 27 or 28 that amount not if for any person, because of this increment Process we don't have options and we have to take a chance and leave the company ....so please Take a look and do something for US .....Thank you

I'm no longer an employee, I left the job in 2017 for higher studies. HR Person and Managers helped alot for higher study policies.

Though there is job security, pay also need to be in line with the current average which was not upto mark.
