TCS only has brand name.Inside TCS nothing is good. A lot of favouritism and politics however it’s everywhere but not like TCS it’s next level. Even not proper Management nobody is there to help you.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very bad. Like in 5 6 years also there will be no significant changes in your salary slip. No bonus or gift cards. No recognition of good work. Internal politics will hamper productivity. And the worst thing now is WFO without fail or else salary will be deducted.
