Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Job security, learning is good (depends on your capability), onsite opportunities.

Dislikes

Salary is very very low, it becomes very tough to support family of 4 with this salary. This has caused high attrition rate and in upcoming time it will be really tough for the company to retain employees.

... want to settle down in career and don't have to much desire to earn more money. I mean to say increase your package and experience in product based companies or low profile company then you should join this big banner.

TCS has to understand that at the end of the day everyone needs money. Please pay employees who are good and stop them from leaving your company.

The only thing that you can like working in this company is it's brand reputation. Being one of IT giants it has number of projects in various technologies that you can choose to work upon.

Dislikes

Compensation is negligible. Little or no growth. Management people are not friendly or supportive.

In TCS Security is most priority and environment is good. Food is Good. No work pressure, like government Job

Dislikes

It's the Mindset , every time they are thinking of cost cutting. They don't use Microsoft office, Outlook, Teams...you can understand the label of cost cutting. And CTC and the amount you will receive is different.
