You can learn if you get good project and good supervisor

Dislikes

Injustice to existing employees by not giving deserving salary and hikes. Whereas TCS recruites peeple from outside giving 2× 3× salary. There is no fixed policy. Lots of more other factors

TCS overall is a good company. Only needs to concentrate on salary part. Specially for tenured employees salary revesion must needed.

Salary structure is very low. To avoid attrition, TCS needs to pay attention on tenured employees salary revesion.

...problems will not be approved and salary increment is worst and no promotion . They will announce quarterly variable bonus under CTC but they will never pay the amount after ITA designation .

...dge individual.. onsite opportunity only for those people who are buttering .. BPS guys work in IT project and still getting low salary compare to other IT guys.. WHYYY ?
