It's good and secured company there is no targates and stress from there project it's good

Nothing it's good but coming to benefits for degree people there is no other bones and package also it's very less other than that tcs is very good platform

I like everything about TCS. There is no as such pressure of work. We can take leave easily they consider our problems and treat good. Well trained and skilled managers. Multiple projects are there to work with.

Dislikes

Salary is the only part Don't join tcs as a fresher.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I am a part of IT production support, another point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we are working happily collaboration. Very good supportive team I got.

Dislikes

Compensation is good, but growth is slow. I do receive appreciation emails from clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.

... 3.career growth is somewhat need improvement for most of the good employees. 4.salary increment is not satisfactory whereas other company get hike in every year and bonus too. that need to look in to that and more concern here that's the reason resignation percentage is increasing day by day. 5. Innovation is increasing day by day in TCS company that is quite good. 6. Work- life balance is also awesome here, good life you can see here.

Dislikes

I would like to suggest that the notice period should be minimum 45 or 60 days atleast, If any good opportunity is available outside and associate getting it for their career growth then they should be able to grab and enhance their skill and learning ability. Because of three months notice period wouldn't help that much.

there ae no layoffs in TCS and will hopefully never happen. There is never too much work hence there is a god work-life balance.

Dislikes

salary s too low and even the annual hikes are at a very low growth rate. getting promoted for people is very random instead of being time-based or merit based.
