One of the Giant IT, where you don't have tobworry about job security. The work culture is amazing and everything is done as per company policies. Teammates were very supportive and the cafeterias are huge with great foods. The medical facilities are great.

Dislikes

Salary hike is something that is very low , but the job security and medical benefits compensates complerely. Only salary Hike is the only thing that I dislike. Other than that TCS is an amazing place to work.

Just one point want to add. If u joined and thinking of growing here with a good hike every year. Then it's a bit dicey. Bit slow growth while working here and expecting.

TCS hire people with a good amount of package but not giving good hike to existing employees l. Why ???

Likes

TCS offers good work life balance and average skill development. Once you are in they rarely fire. They have variety of projects where you will be mapped according to your skill even if you are average or poor in skill.

Dislikes

Poor salary hikes, Removal of hybrid mode. And Poor promotions. Only disadvantages of TCS job as a fresher is less money.

there ae no layoffs in TCS and will hopefully never happen. There is never too much work hence there is a god work-life balance.

Dislikes

salary s too low and even the annual hikes are at a very low growth rate. getting promoted for people is very random instead of being time-based or merit based.

TCS offers excellent training and development programs to help employees grow professionally. Also TCS is a well-established company with a reputation for long-term stability.

Dislikes

Compensation is slower to rise compared to some other competitors in the industry.
