The company is good to work with. I love the fact that they purely recognized my talent and gave me an opportunity in ITIS though I was selected in BPOS. As a result, I was able to communicate in far better way. I had a good ambiance and helping teammates. Mine is a US Based Retail shop Helpdesk Support job. I won award for " The Best Performer as New Hire" within 3 months from the Date of Joining. I really liked to do my job as it was multi-tasking and had a scope for my future.

Dislikes

Though I was a very good performer than the senior employees and was recognized by My Project Clients, I did not get any recognition or a proper salary for my work for the whole period which I worked in the company. I loved what I did but I had to leave to leave the Company because of my Salary issue where I was under paid for the voice process.

It's good and secured company there is no targates and stress from there project it's good

Nothing it's good but coming to benefits for degree people there is no other bones and package also it's very less other than that tcs is very good platform

Medical Benefits and Tag to impress others for being a TCS Employee. I've got released within 1 month after paying 2 months basic salary, is the only thing to say good about throughout my tennure. Thanks to the Supervisor angel person.

Dislikes

1. Next to terrible on appraisal n salary hike n promotion part. 2. HR and RMG are all blood sucking vampires, never were and never will work in employee favour. 3. Supervisor is favor making machine BUT ONLY for Girls and his favourite ones who are always ready to catch his shit. 4. Asking for release from project feels like you've asked for one of the kidney of Supervisor, he will try giving all the possible excuses which makes no sense but you'll fall prey easily as you are not aware of company policies which happens in 99% cases and for remaining tennure you'll hv to live on supervisor's mercy. After changing almost 5 projects, last one was life changing and finally decided to say TATA to Tata. Always ensure to join this as your last resort and waht max package you can join for, otherwise refuse the chance for better future.

No WFH is provided, Always need to be in office, You won't easily get any movement to L2 teams due to lot of internal politics and reasons given from Manager is very dumb they literally wasted my six months

...ganisations, Work culture is good also work life balance is all tou have in tcs. Salary compensation is very low and promotion is also very unstable.
