... for your time.. The company policies though is very strange to be honest with.. In this 21st century where the things are so costly, you want to hire guys at basic 3LPA and then expect them to to work for you in the same salary range for the next month 5 years.. If the guys stick around patiently for around 5 years then also they get a mere salary hike which in their terms is called appraisal.. If you want a stable job, job security, you can also look at TCS but if you want growth and if you are a quick learner, I think this is not the place to be..

...or their project for too long. The process of quick learning here is very slow. Salary which is an important factor in one's life is very low. The company cares about itself not about its employees which can be clearly seen in every years appraisal.

Best for Elders, women's, and average skilled non-skilled work force.

Salary, Increment and benifits are worst. For those who have entire family responsibility it's not manageable with the salary. Politics , regionalism castism amoung the employees etc(this is national issues) cannot blame a company.

There is no hike in my salary. Even I'm the critical resource in that project. Notice period is 3 months they are strictly following that.if you try to switch means it's too hard.

Only coz of my office location I got better project to work. Apart from that nothing really good about it of you start of your career from TCS. Not recommended for freshers. Experienced people have different review on this matter.

Promotion is not worth it and salary hike is total disaster. HR attitude are on different galaxy and I had to face issues during my separation from organisation. Earlier it was decided an early release but later it was extended by my manager. No communication from HR side regarding that and no actual clarification was provided by them. Due to financial problem I cannot book flight to office location ( round way minimum 19k and no train available ) and to this they didn't even accept my request to submit asset to nearest. To those who read this kindly remember to mail each and every word to HR during this period of separation as according to them verbally affirming them thousands of time is not acceptable.

Low salary. Extremely delayed promotions. Extremely low variable payout. Unethical seniors- often false promises of promotion and onsite are offered to allure employees in joining project. Long working hours expectation. Supervisors call you at unearthly hours. Goals and Attributes are set at the last moment during appraisal time and often set as per the decision made on your band. If a low band is decided for you, then un realistic goals are set for you. Highly demotivating work environment.
