Peaceful work environment. Work Life balance is better. No resistance while taking leaves. Stability of the projects & team. Long term Customer relationships. Organized & transparent.

Poor salary hike, poor talent management, poor promotion system. Not a very knowledgeable higher management . They are only managers not leader or any technical person who understands the situations. Sometimes too much politics within team.

...forget about it. Promotion is on the mood and gender of the person not tenure. Salary hike is revised and edited till the day it will be credited to your account.

...0 then Don't join TCS. Huge politics. Their slowgun is you can't get anything ..no salary hike, no promotion, no skill development. Higher management is Worst human being. HR is power and position less creatures only say big big word at the time of hiring. Once you join then you are finished. Suggestion: untill you have strong background, skill, money, and age 40+ never join TCS. All old management above 50+ are in the top of TCS, they never resign and not allow to grow. They know everything, but they don't allow you to grow. And the Policy Of rehire is worst.

Join any other organisations, get knowledge, skills , be mature and typical and critical then join TCS. You can any TCSer. All are facing same issues. HR is joker and useless!!
