Job Security cos most of them are lazy bags who doesnt skill up and also cheap labour for the clients .

Everything .No Career Growth , Horrible work culture. Underpaid salary .Sometimes we think even a tea shop would be better than working at TCS as a fresher

Good work life balance, not much pressure, flexibility depends on the project. Good place and opportunities to learn new technologies But No hike, no promotion, lot of politics when it comes to band , promotion etc.

Salary paid to employees are very less as compared to market standards. Projects are mostly of supports where you may be asked to work on weekends and even you can get calls on nights. There will not be any compoff given to you for extra hours you work. Promotions cant be tracked and it's mostly delayed. Salaries are linked to RTO compliance which is very unprofessional as people are already working 12 to 14 hours in projects.

... for 2 days and you need to apply leave for that days too to adhere WFO policy . No extra pay. No good appraisal. No appreciation for your good works.

2nd shift since I joined working at TCS. Large campus, has gym and a long walking track good infrastructure like other MNCs. Udemy business access is provided and a lot of premium courses are accessible. Huge library space and has a good collection of books. Fixed weekend off. Easy to apply for leaves in portal, I.e. easy to get most leaves approved

Dislikes

No hike in salary, internal politics, they leave you out during team lunches but ask you to come if any extra curricular activities require your help. It is not said out aloud but you need to cook and bring/buy foo
