Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge criteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Annual Compensation is not in line with experience and Market standards. Promotions are a long and arduous process and do not happen even after clearing Exams on time.

Salary is too low compared to the market but the main part is TCS doesn't care about it. They will get good people even if they are loosing you. In fact, they always have great talents in their benches.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.job training is not given to new joinees.
