Work life balance is good. For managers and above, Variable pay is just as good as nothing. Consider there is no variable and whatever you get is a plus. HR process is very bad, they don't answer any question, you may expect a reply from Prime minister office, but don't expect solution from HRs. The assets you get (laptop, mouse etc) are outdated.

I allocated to metcash firstly in R2 R process But after 3 days I got shifted to another project Sigma health care in P2P process although it is also very good project But why only i shifted their There is so much discrimination here in Geetanjali park Kolkata 😭😭😭😭😭 Just because I'm non bengoli and outsiders they treated me as there wish This so immoral I want to be with my previous project which is metcash I really want to learn R2R Pls if possible do something 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Work life balance is good but again its depends on the project.

Dislikes

1. There are no other benefits apart from salary 2. 5 days WFO failing which they deduct in the quarterly performance pay. 3. Salary Hike is for name sake you will end up getting 30 to 35k per year for highest band. 4. No technical growth. Here most of the projects are like support kind of thing so there is no technical growth. 5. Apart from job security there are no other benefits
