Salary increment and appraisals After 7-8 yrs of experience still not having good increment, new joiners getting better start package than experienced employees. Not having value for experienced employees within TCS

Working for TCS is a honour as feeling as serve to nation. Work culture is good wrt to other organisations

Promotion and salary hike is not as per market standards. Inflation is much higher than earlier same has not been accumulating

No matter whether it's IT Or BPO, give equal quantity of work for both in their field and pay them to their satisfaction Please stop underemployment In my bpo field , a MSC graduate is working under accounting field😑 This is not good. Pay is a major drawback in TCS Please give good pay and satisfying work. I have seen many lazy cats roaming in TCS due to less work.

...anegement is transparent.There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Annual Compensation is not in line with experience and Market standards. Promotions are a long and arduous process and do not happen even after clearing Exams on time.
