Low compensation, board room politics, incompetent managers, demotivating leads, strict dress code, low quality canteens, delayed promotions, flawed appraisal process, non cooperative HR, non transparent policies, uncertainty in corporate decision making, low hikes and many more..

... IJP process, onsite opportunities nowdays is less..in comparison to past days..salary hike is less, if any one looking for full time settlement..then they should join with TCS.

...ou are with your skills,they will put you in a project where they need a filler. No growth at all in terms of salary. Nobody is sure about their promotions.

Full isolation with client once you are onboarded and no micro management in my experience.

Stagnation of growth compensation and learning wise. usually managers have a hard time replacing you if you want to move on to other projects

1. TCS is good place for those people who has already done a lot of switches and ready to settle down till retirement. 2. It has good job security and work life balance. 3. It has good health insurance policy but now a days the premium has been increased a lot.

...ttering is the main condition you need to get a good exposure in the project. 2. The salary structure is very poor. The basic pay is minimum compared to other companies. They do so just to save on the company pf contributions. 3. The yearly hike is also a joke. They increase 5-6% but redistributes the salary components in such a way that you can get less in hand salary after the hike. All the increased amount goes in allowances and variable components and they can control how much to give.
