Mainly salary growth is not that much and also teammates and leads dont maintain healthy harmony.

Really supportive. Work from home is comparatively safe during this period. They have not called us back to office which is like risking our lives. Hope TCS will let us work from home until corona is completely gone as there is life rosk everywhere. We have a convenient work environment and we feel more productive for reasons like extended office hours.

Delayed promotion, compensation, slow career growth, having to work on shifts to support clients during their time.

Best place to experience person, if you not want work in pressure than this company is your type.

Salary growth is very low as compared other bpo company for freshers and experience employees politics they think that we are the only boss

...uriteism under the Tata code of conduct but still it is very common in projects. Experience and talented employee get 3-4 % salary hike for YOY but favourite employee gets 7% hike minimum.

job security is the best part here. company culture and ethics are also greatbecause it TATA. Most of the government project and national level projects are likely to coming here. Depending on the type of project you are getting your life and experience will be super good or super bad.

very less pay scale and growth. even appraisals are given in penneies. if it is your first job, then you will be stuck at the same salary bracket for a very long time and andit's very difficult to get digital or innovator profiles being in a project which require too much effort from your side,and occasionally they keep changing the rooms and conditions also.
