Promotion and correction of salary is not happening. My complete time in development and project related only when I should do participate in activities that increase the level to increase salary please consider work in the project. I m not feeling good the process of appraisal that is not happening as expected.

The confidence of job security is the only thing I like about TCS.

...lture in my project is terrible. Annual compensation process is not transperant. The compensation benefits do not reflect the hard work done thorough out a performance year. I would say it's not a bad thing from TCS but because of managers/management portfolio.

Work culture is good. If you need good work life balance , one should choose tcs.

...nd appraisal system is not good. Every process inside the company is very slow. Salary packages are very low. You don’t get to work on latest technologies. Leadership still follows traditional ways to manage people.i.e. You need to work for 5 days a week. If this is not followed, you get a bad rating.
